so here is some info,..
CTF is the best thing happening right now for the XMB!!
CXMB enables you to select full theme's from the XMB sony ptf menu!! CTF files contain a theme just like ptf but not the loosy sony icon's but the full flash0 theme's,.!!
after you selected a CTF theme from the "ptf" theme menu/now CTF theme menu ;),.. the PSP will restart and you have a full running theme!!
