True-ish. The Media Engine is simply not capable of running at the same clock as the core processor is, else they would be better off just putting in two main cores.. Any case, I agree, they really should have used the main core for image rendering in XMB, when the main core itself is likely little more than bored.

The camera to PC-USB just triggers a quick on USB connect and disconnect before the error pops up on the PSP. No BSOD though.
