Make sure you're using the most updated version of the RCO editor 1.13b.

Just can I ask someone to get the topmenu from the 3.03 dump and try it with 3.30? I'm quite familiar with how the 3.10 and 3.03 topmenus work, so it may help. Thanks! :D

the problems i found make quite sense now.
the reason why custom topmenu (which are not based on zinga's clean 3.0x topmenu) fail to load on 3.30OE is due missing tex_sdw's
