Alright, I've totally given up on lighttpd - having far too much problems with it, so it's back to Apache.
This should end the weird errors wee've been getting over the past few days.
Thanks to everyone who have persevered with me though this :P
Yay! back to normal again,
I guess it was worth the try anyway,

Yeah and I had fun making it aswell.
It is a fun toy, because it is so great I might order a rocktron banshee now.
