It kinda says it in the Wiki, but back when I heard about the Gay Bomb, I also remember them saying its principle use would be to cause confusion and distraction among enemy troops. It would make it hard for enemy troops to concentrate on the battle, thus making them an easier enemy to defeat. At least, that was what I understood to be the case.
i remember hearing about it too on the radio. i think the millitary decided not to use it because itwas 'inhumane'. not that that's ever stopped the millitary.
