Depends how they implement the block. For the simplest method (blocking through gpedit), simply renaming your EXEs to rundll32.exe works.
I find most places block EXEs from certain locations - ie, EXEs run from the C:\ will work.

Back I am, mission failed due to impossibility... Leopard won't detected my SATA drive and that's the only one I can afford to format^^
But thanks Zinga, you reminded me of something, VMWare can boot OSX 10.4 Tiger so I will give it a shot, maybe I can haxx0r the Leopard dock into it^^

Oh and Zinga, can you give me any advice how to run DSL from inside! Windows? I'm a little confused how to do it^^

well I'm going to try dual boot OSX on my AMD machine... not in VM.. I have a couple of spare IDE hdd so it shouldnt matter too much.

Good luck feinicks! I could get a old 20GB IDE HDD from my friend, but right now I'm not in the mood to mess around with my PCs interior^^
