If you were a part of an anime series, which would it be, and if you were to have supernatural powers, what would they be? (like if you were a part of Law of Ueki, you could change poop to pizza!)

I would be like one of these super overpowered evil guys who is completely overpowered. Except, I won't be a dumb shit, and get beaten by the heroes. Then I'd pwn everyone who opposes me, and rule the world.

Seriously, WAYYYYYY too often the villain only looses cause he's a retard, and underestimates the hero, or does not finish him/her off when the chance is there or something stupid like that.
