ive been using the latest M33's

3.71 M33
3.80 M33
3.90 M33

and ive noticed in the 1.50 kernel addons for these,
sleep mode does not work. ive never seen anyone else
complain about this before so im wondering if its something
im doing wrong.

in 1.50 homebrew sleep mode not working.
ive seen in the 1.50 kernel addon v2 for 3.71 M33 it says:
'when recovering from sleep mode, 3.71 ipl was loaded causing
an immediate crash, fixed'

but sleep mode still will not work.
is there any special trick to it like holding a button while turning back on?
or will sleep mode never work?

lol dunno i don't use 1.5kerrnal and all my hb play fine

u should try the time machine if u care about 1.5kernel homebrews..

i don't have 1.5addon for my 3.90M33

this is the funny bit. I didnt have 1.50 with my 3.90 and everything worked just fine. Then I unbricked and put 3.90 and no homebrew would play without 1.50!

i do have it, but i regret it since i don't need it

I don't think 1.50 sleep mode will ever be fixed.

I never really noticed....

I have that here too. I don't use my PSP as much but it might come in handy one day.

@ Chaos Panda, what IPL are you running? MS or NAND? The time machine IPL or boosters multi boot /w fix IPL seems to have fixed the sleep mode problem (for me anyway). I have 2 TA-079's (a v1 and, a v2), so I can't say if the problem is fixed for TA-082/086 systems.

Install v2 of the addon. That usually fixes sleep mode in 1.50 homebrew. If not, re-install the addon or try emulating TM and see if you get that problem.
