currently testing out ff3 beta 4 ... none of my extensions work .. haha
bstronga Wrote:i use opera because I'm a heavy tab user but only have 512mb ram
firefox just takes way too much memory after awhile...
will give firefox 3 a try though.
But Opera looks like a complete mess with like 50+ tabs open...
Opera is indeed faster, but then, it:
a) makes far too many assumptions about underlying code (which is why it breaks so many sites)
b) has a crappy JS model, which doesn't support half the stuff properly...
But then, it works, so meh.
Firefox here, though Firefox does tend to crash on me every now and then >_>
firefox now used to use IE
firefox tends to crash a bit on my pc at home though :(
I use FireFox 2 and I'll upgrade to FireFox 3 when it's fully out (June/July release I believe).

i use portable firefox
I use FF, Opera and IE, some sites do not work right with out IE that I need for running my Business. but I use Opera most of the time. just runs faster then FF and I get all the same features and plug-ins, that FF uses. but I use FF because there are some other sites that I visit that will not run on Opera, and I just really hate to use IE all the time. (its a nessary evil), when running your own business. so there you have it. I use all 3.
