I'm starting a new regimen today, I figured I'd post it. You guys post yours too.
Saturday: Run, Ab-work
Sunday: Nothing
Monday: Ab-work, weights (biceps triceps and shoulders)
Tuesday: Run/MartialArts
Wednesday: Ab-Work, weights
Thursday: Run/MartialArts
Friday: Nothing
Subject to change depending on which martial art I decide to do and its schedule.
