I don't.

I actually want to gain.
well I've been working out three days a week for a couple months training most muscles to get some initial strength and  to eliminate strength imbalances (which i had alot of of, like one arm was tank compared to the other) but starting a week ago I've been doing this
monday : training shoulders, back, chest & finish off with ab workouts
tuesday : training  biceps, triceps, forearms, thighs, calves, hamstring & finish with ab workout
wedesday : nothing, play wii i geuss
thursday : same as monday
friday : same as tuesday
saturday : cardio, seckersize possibly?
sunday : nothing
there's a huge old cemetery about 3 miles from my apartment, i usually walk there and pocky around for a few hours once a week
various adventures like this, usually within walking distance.
i make it a point to walk as much as i can... i eat out often, and rarely get delivery, only take-out...
i don't consider myself to be in peak health :]
100 push ups
100 sit ups
Everyday
Sometimes i lift weights when im not lazy.
