Unfortunately, that'll never happen as long as there is a free way of acquiring good games. If the game is good enough, I will always go out to buy it. You need to give the makers a profit to show wee want more great games. However, there are lots of kids out there who don't have jobs and have parents who buy them everything, so they just download games to get what they want. Also, there are just plain cheapos out there. PSP games are pretty cheap most of the time. Patapon was $20 USD for crying out loud. And it was plenty fun.
