#1 bail is supposed to be set at a reasonable ammount
#2 federal immigration hold?, shouldn the case then be handled by a federal court rather than a state court?

the ten years kinda goes against the 200,000$ bail, you would imagne that when bail is that high so is the jail time for the crime
the case is prolly then gonna be handled by a federal court next which will add to the sentence,
i can see why the bail is set that high and the federal hold, being an illegal immigrant he can skip court easy and go back to his country of origin
as much as i know about gov (aced fov class last year :) ) it sucks to be in that situation 'specially being from my country of origin i kinda don't care, you play with matches you get burned
but as much as its true i kinda feel sorry for him, drinking is bad, I'm sure he drank to cast away bad memories, and it turned on him, that sucks

No matter what your excuse is for using mind-altering substances, when you choose to be irresponsible and get behind the wheel of a car, there is a high probability that you could hurt yourself or others. Now, the only reason this made news was because someone famous died, but the sad truth is this happens all the time. Having known people who've died from this sort of thing, I for one do NOT feel bad for him. I hope that he spends all ten years in jail. He killed two people, and whether or not he did it on purpose, the fact remains he's responsible.

Right. Well, I've been running a fever for the last three days, so I haven't been processing things well.
