Endless Paradigm

I've noticed some very odd activity on EP today..

A) The Shoutbox will Shout when one Shouts - even though a dialog pops up saying "Couldn't Shout... Try Again!"
B) Pressing Post Reply or Send Message will cause a prompt to appear to download their PHP files - no redirection the page.
C) Shoutbox Links to other parts of the site also cause a prompt to appear to download the particular PHP File the page uses.
D) Quick Reply Quoting DOESN'T WORK - When one presses "Quote multiple selected posts" [or whatever it says] it shows Suiseiseki - then when she goes - nothing appears in the Quick Reply Box.

.... and apparently Sparker can't login..

What's going on!?

Yeah all of that stuff is happening on my side aswell....I wonder what is happening???? Hmmmmmmm
