I have a ultimate pandoras memory stick and pandora battery, and i
like to flash my psp to different firmwares all the time because its fun.
Using hellcats pandora, it is possible to flash directly to custom firmwares such as 3.52 M33
or any of the OE versions without having to downgrade to 1.50 first.

However yesterday when i tried to do a direct install of 3.40 LE my psp just bricked and my pandora
screwed up. Nana-o

Luckily i kept a backup of despertar cementerio on my Time Machine memory stick.
I was able to restore my psp. And also fix my pandora memstick.

Has anyone else had this problem with hellcats pandora?
Is pandora not as safe as i thought it was?

Anyway, you can just use this thread to discuss pandora aswell if ya want to.

I flash my psp just for the fun of it. Maybe it can screw up if
you flash too much? I mean i must have pandorized at least 100 times
and i think 3.40 LE jus can't be direct installed. But the really wierd thing
was that the ultimate pandora memstick stopped working. Ihad to format it and
install completely again
le wasn't too stable as far as i remmember

LE V3 was pretty good. But for some reason plugins wouldnt work in it
for me. It also has some cool features like auto game kernel detection and a cool looking recovery menu.
But i use a lot of plugins so  upgraded to 3.90 M33

i really wouldnt do that.... too much could potentially corrupt the chip a few years down the line if you keep constantly flashing it... id just get to a firmware you use and stick with it and update when a newer version comes out

yea maybe i should take ur advice. I think im gonna be on 3.90 M33-2 for a while
If you flashed your PSP 5 times a day for 55 years, about then the NAND will start to fail. I somehow think you will not be playing your PSP then, but how knows.
