the Vivid boost on the Quality is nice, but it isn't that sharp.. the smoke [is it smoke] is a bit odd..

HOWEVER, considering there wouldn't be many specific stocks out there of Gossip Girl I have to give you extra praise for this.

You did a good job of improving the you screen shot. I like it.

If you need a better screen shot, use VDub+AVISynth, that is a much better way to improving video. Just cut out 3 seconds of video and filter it, AVISynth has much better free filters than Photoshop. Since it is a scripted, it's much easier to do very find adjustments, you can do thing like de-logo much easier, and so on.
