So this is the first psp mod chip to work on a TA 082 right???

lets hope this modchip doesn't get "abandoned" like up, released once and no updates seen ever again.

Yeap, works on TA-082 and TA-086.

This one apparently is easier to solder than the horrible U.P. chip :P

well it seems that theres been another update on the psp-devolution site, they have pictures of the chip installed


and they've written this on the site too:

Wee need to release two different versions of the PSP-Devolution. That's's a 3.3V version for ta79 - ta81 boards and and a 1.8V version for all ta-82+ boards. This problem couldnt have been solved by a simple jumper on the pcb because wee need to set the output values before programming the ACTEL ICs.
