Yep the file is still up on Sendspace.  I got this a while ago, never used any of them though.

I do not think so.. you can convert them to m33 but i do not know if you can convert3.03 to m33 i do know 3.40 to m33 works..

I use czerwone line om 3.52 m33-2 and it worked fine for me,

I think you are incorrect on this one bro.
I have never had compatibility with xmb waves (system_plugin_bg.rco) on ANY firmware.

As far as I know, they are indeed universal...
