EDIT: For your information he most likely made the Go!Messenger Icon load Pandora normally - as unsigned code - NOTHING SPECIAL.
If you're interested, open up the package and Google the filenames. Looks like kstuff.prx from the Extended Pandora Battery menu is there. Might download a few versions and run some comparisons - I bet it's either a copy or somewhat similar.
