I'm a bit cautious about that one.  I personally believe that many things wee believe in are shaped by external factors, including parents and the media.
If it was hammered into you at a young age, whilst growing up, that the "weak" should be discarded, I'm sure you'd have no hard feelings about killing a sibling who is "weak".

But that's my theory.

i mean, what's the point of it all? why are wee here? are wee playthings of some unknown being or are wee the
playthings of the government. wee are sheep as xero1 has already said. what you said though about religion,
i have to disagree with you there. think about it, could all of this, the whole world around you simply have
occoured my chance? Darwin's theory of evolution it makes sense but it lacks something to me. i think there
was an external influence of some kind that pushed on the survival of the fittest, and brought us to a race
that is so perfectly adapted to the world around us today (mostly). also, where did life itself come from?
with the right tools and enough time you would theoretically be able to make a human body. but no matter how
much electricity you pump through it you will never make it a living human body. this is where i think that a
higher power comes in.

Anyway, that's a concise version of my therory of life etc etc...
