Well, I'll keep this short & sweet...
I've been wanting to make black xmb waves for the longest. Even though, they are usually ugly, I like being able to utilize any hack imaginable for theme creating.
So a while ago, i read:
This was referring to hex editing the file "system_plugin_bg_deflate_part1.bin" in Vulprix's TGA Wave studio.
I have tried it. It indeed works.
I've uploaded the PSP Stock Waves in black, and also, a pre-hex edited TGA Wave studio.
Just pop a tga in the folder, and hit the start.bat. And it will make you a black wave
