im not sure about taking out other languages but UMDGen can do a lot to make it smaller.

Learn and experiment, look around the ISO with UMDGen. You can remove useless stuff and relink videos and stuff.

that is exactly what i intend to use i.e., UMDGen but i really don't know about relinking and all that. when i download ISO/CSO, usually the difference is in if its only english or multi, atleast that's what i observed.

Just experiment.
Usually, you may find a group of files named "english", "<some other language>" etc. Well, just try deleting the non-english parts and save it as a new ISO/CSO and see if the game still works.

ive tried removing other language files
the languages themselves would prolly be in a format called .loc i think
the other language videos could be relinked
