You meet him at the roof of the castle, to get there you need all 120 stars so you can activate the cannon out side the castle.
oooh you meet with yoshi eh, i got to get to playing that damn game now i love yoshi, i beat smw2 yoshi's island 100% everything when it came out it was the best game ever in my opinion
I could care less if SM64 were to be fully supported.
Work on getting a real game supported, like Star Fox 64 =P

I found out that there is a way to get on the roof before you get 120 stars... but its really hard..
Yeah, but I heard Nintendo made it that if you get to roof before you get 120 stars, Yoshi won't appear.
