So I'm guessing it's tied to your PSN account? because the PSP can only be authorized to one account at a time, so if I want to get this I have to replace my PSN account with my alt. Europe one, meaning I can't play Combat Ops and stuff :(

Okay, I answered my first question, now for a second. Is the PSP camera required to use this? Like is there an option for voice-only messages? And for that matter, can you send text messages? Or is it video/audio only?
