as the title says. i need a decent cd ripping program that is:
  • Free
  • quick
  • Can rip to many formats including  WMA and AAC
  • Allows me to enter track info without having to be connected to the internet

i would use Winamp's built in one as winamp is what i use to listen to music, but it doesn't let you input track info without being connected to the internet. i could input the information after ripping but that's just hassle.

suggestions?Try
goldwave its free but has a popup at the start of the free version

wmp11 ? :D

oh wait... no aac ripping...
lulz
I don't think CDex does AAC either (maybe newer versions do?, CDex is somewhat old-ish), meh.  iTunes » bad MP3 encoder, it's LC-AAC encoder is alright, but has limited options.  WMP only does WMA/WMA-Pro and MP3, and has very limited options.  I don't really like the two mainly for their association with DRM.

if there's a really good program that isn't free I'm willing to 'pay' for it. are there any such programs?
If AAC is so important (really, AAC isn't that great) you can always convert the audio after ripping...
