Nice it's very colourful,

If you look closely the dragon just flew from top-right to down-left to mid-screen then shot blue fire from right to left and closed mouth,.. lol so there is some movement going on,..

the background is C4D in different layers,.. the blue flame's is C4D too,..

it looks really good ^__^
