If you listen to music on your PSP (or really any other device with the above feature) do you have the Dynamic Normalizer turned on or off?

I don't use my PSP for music so it's always switched off but I guess it does have a use,

Dynamic Normalizer
Play audio with the volume automatically adjusted to the same level when music tracks or audio with different volume levels are played.
Off
Play audio without automatically adjusting the volume level.
On
Play audio with the volume level adjusted.

never used dynamic much of anything, VBR, etc... something to do with my OCD i would guess, i like things constant even if its inconvenient?
yeah it does change the output volume to some extent but i turn it off

can't hear much of a difference
You will only notice if you try switching between 2 tracks that have a very noticeable volume difference,
The volume level change between tracks is balanced out,
eh I've notice with like 5 songs out of like 250 in mah psp, i don't really care much but I'll try it sometime
