my friends psp has a semi brick. I have done pretty much everything short of sending back to sony. Here's a list of what I've tried.

1. replaced flash 0 - no effect
2. Format/reset flash 1 - made things worse
3. replaced flash 1 - no effect
4. Pandora - won't work (odd, its being done a phat psp to a phat psp)

So, what i get now is a black screen. It turns off after a few secs.

One thing i noticed is that when i put a pandoraized battery into his psp, it doesn't turn on automatically nor read the memory card. I think that's why pandora won't work.

any suggestions?
maybe bad id storage i knew a freind whoes psps buttons wouldnt work on 3.52m33-4 and higher

try using the original pandora to try and put him on 1.50
are you sure the battery is pandorized and not just "Auto turn on" ( which is an option when you do the battery)

where is that option!? I have never seen that in the methods I've used to make a pandora battery.
well, its been a while since i made my pandora battery ( i used the original program) and i remember that it had 5 options

-service battery
-auto turn on
-dump battery serial
-restore battery serial and
-fake serial
i don't suppose you could provide a link for the original link?
plug in the ac power cord and then try flipping the power switch with the pandora battery in it
Try Using Time Machine :D
