I only saw a couple Deathnote episodes and wasn't very intrigued. You were into it, so I finished the series because of you.

Hmm, I'm watching Death Note at the moment actually.  It's quite interesting IMO, but at the point I am, through the series, it does seem like the story is being dragged out a bit.  I just hope it doesn't turn into a Naruto/Bleach thing, where they just keep extending it...

I knew this a long while ago, and I can't call myself a fan as I haven't got into it >> but this is a new lot of MANGA - NOT Anime I believe...... so as far as Anime Production is concerned, Anime Fans will have to wait.

Yeah, but the anime follows from a manga...
I think due to its popularity, there'll probably be an anime.

no actually it does seem like that at first but they don't drag it out with fillers like naruto.. i don't know how far you are into it but i was watching each episode as they were released and the end kinda sneaks up on you...
actually bleach didnt (well to me anyway) have alot of fillers other then the whole bount arc, which wasn't in the manga.. other then that its following the manga good
