In out current economy, people can only deposit money into the bank, and not loan from it. So if the EP bank acts like a real bank, the interest would drop down until it is nothing. I don't think that's how it works here.
Maybe Zinga should make it so wee can loan money from the bank, not just deposit.
And there is always demand for credit... It's impossible not to have demand for credit.

yeah, well loaning would put us in a big heap of trouble, the way things are prolly gonna be with the interest rate of loaning vs earning rate, wee'll be in debt here forever
