Developer Sakya has released an extensive update to his lightweight audio player for the PSP, aptly dubbed LightMP3. Still in its alpha stages, the updated player utilizes Brunni’s OSLib toolkit, featuring an ergonomic interface that is highly customizable.

Keep in mind, though, that this release is for testing purposes only. As the author points out, certain features such as FLAC playback and USB access are not working properly in this build.

Yes finally I can make playlists!!!! Thank you MaDcOw!!!
I actually tested the previous version (yes, took me a while) - much better than previous versions - I might even consider using it.
It's major drawback is no rewind/fastforward (fastforward only available for libMad, and it's a little dodgey).
If it had the above, I'd use it (alternatively, if I ever get the PSPSDK set up Erk).
wow.. new look :D .. cool!
yeah looks cool but id wait for a more stable build
How can I add music to playlist, can someone help me with the controls.
There is no readme included. Thanks
