[New Release] Large Original Blue Neon 3.90 M33

This is a complete conversion of my 3.80 M33 Blue Neon theme.

Again, all offsets that effect XMB shift have been modified.

All icons are intact.

opening_plugin.prx has been modified to give a transparent effect to the gameboot, so you will see your theme color of choice or background while in the gameboot.

I've included optional system_plugin_fg.rco and vshmain.prx if you prefer to use my top battery bar.

I removed the UMD Update Icon, but i forgot to deactivate it in vshmain.prx

Both vshmain.prx have been fixed, The UMD Update has been deactivated, so you don't see it at all with a UMD in the drive.

the only problem i have with this theme is the annoying 'playstation portable' at the gameboot screen and at the start. the rest of it's cool though
