I'm worried because Tiscali have just introduced traffic throtling. during peak times they're slashing the badwidth to tings like p2p and online gaming. you end up with speeds of around 3-3KB/s or sometimes noting at all. things like the BBC iplayer suffer pretty bad. it's a bait of a hit and miss affair as to whether it will work or not around peak times. Once midnight rolls around it all goes back up to speed again.
this is all quite annoying!
