I'm fresh from being a hand-held mac-using retardodude.
i have xp now and am still getting comfortable with all the basic stuff you guys learned back when you were an embryo.
i feel stupid sometimes, but try to prevent myself from asking stupid things!

there you have it. no vista for me, why the hell should i pay for that while xp is still "new" and "exciting"!

i grew up with a mac. well, i grew up with a mac in the house. my dad was all about password protecting his baby and making sure that i didnt do much more than sign on to AOL. i don't really blame him, i think the first mac he ever purchased cost him somewhere in the realm of $5K? when i graduated high school, my dad's present to me was getting me a computer. but the criteria was that it had to be a mac laptop. so i got one of those, learned a bit of the basics (how to forward ports and use dc++ was kind of it... other than everyday person mac stuff). anyways, ive known i wanted a pc for a long time because i felt like i could teach myself how to do stuff with it easier than with a mac. the interesting stuff i mean. so yeah, at 21 i took control of my inheritance and used a little chunk of it to buy myself a pc. and from there i learned how to pocky around with the psp. and uh, from there i joined this forum? yeah.

my mac/pc history.
