did you mean you want to make pandora magic ms without a homebrew enable psp?
you can try pandora gui v1.5 you should use microsoft.net v2.xx in order to run. but i havent test this one on vista.
after doing the procedure on pandora gui ask for someone to give you their kd and registry folder existing on their magic ms.

doesn't vista have a compatability mode like xp has to allow software like this to work?
i have used 2 different pandora easy install's on my vista version and both worked,. i am 100% sure hellcats works!!

That depends, on weather or not you did a clean install...
The clean install of the vista OS will not run the MSformat.exe
But lets say you where on XP &, win you updated you just used the
update
that would leave the drivers language on the OS..
I hit clean install win i ran the vista OS.. :P & I will never forgive my self..

errrmm..i thought hellcats app was made to run on a computer not a psp?
b/c if it is then it doesn't matter what firmware your psp is on.

No, I haven't tried it, but I'm going to now. I brought back the psp I was trying to hack b/c SchmilK finally got my psp in the mail, three weeks later. I still need to create pandora for THAT, so this will come in handy. Thanks to all. :)
well that, to me, is yet another reason to not buy/use/aquire vista.
