Its all right.

The font should be blue to match the theme itself as well as the clock.
The background is too much for the theme, so it looks like crowded too much going on. Maybe a plain Halo 3 background with the logo a lot of black in it etc. Would make the theme look awesome.

No offense to the creator, but I don't like that one. I like this one by SSChevy2001. I'm not and Xbox360 fan at all but I love the way his version looks. I think it's fair to say that either no one has the talent needed to convert this one or no one wants to. I've already tried several times and have failed miserably every time . I just don't have enough knowledge at this time.
