As many of you can see from my pictures I've posted, I'm not exactly in shape. Taking into account my current weight and the fact that I'm just a really big guy, I need to lose about 40-50 pounds. Plus, I want to do it before graduation so that in my graduation photos I look better :D What's the best way to go about this?
You look perfectly fine! ^__^
But I recommend running and/or biking. Helps me A LOT.
don't have food really late at night and yeah do what wolf said
umm don't snack and go jogging
wee have a treadmill in our house, so I'll probably use that, seeing as it's colder than my grandmother's soul here in Utah, meaning that going outside is a bad idea.
Actually running in the cold is much better than in the heat. I HATED doing the Great North Run when it was what the weathermen would call a great day for the run, give me rain any day.

there is no way in hell I'm running in 12 degrees F weather when it's snowing as much as it is.

Doesn't hurt to try. Put on a sweater.
