Updated excel file on 5/2/8 with lots of goodness
updated excel file on 4/5/8 with umd icon position and photo/video text position labeled.  
Attached you will find a new excel file.  It is almost all of the offsets that I have found and changed to my SchiDeLoaDeR XMB Theme.  Ufortunately some offsets are labeled incorrect, some don't have labels, but i changed them regardless of not seeing a change on screen.  I hope this encourages new life to the custom xmb creation!!
I started going through the paf after seeing matchung's vshmain offset finds and figured I would start a little something different (also so i don't have to retype all of the offsets cause my wrist is hurting me from a bad catch of my self falling down some frozen stairs today)  This isn't EVERY offset by any means...but for now enough to get most themes converted pretty easily ;)  

Attached you will find hex workshop bookmark files for those lucky enough to be using that program to do your hex magic voodoo.

So thanks matchung for the vshmain 3.90 starting finds and vegetano1 for hollering back on some more of those and organ for sharing his decrypting skills and everyone else who has found the new offsets every other time there is new firmware...slowly you are being helped by more eyes :)

the 3.80 paf seems to work fine in 3.90 but if the offsets are different i better convert  to 3.90 paf,..

yeah who know why it works and what repurcussions may come from it.  i didnt want to play a game and have my save data corrupted :X  so instead of downgreading and playing wipeout (cause i didnt backup my flash0 LOL) i just converted the paf and vshmain to 3.90 and all the rco as well for schmediaschenter..waiting on photoshop to reinstall cause i had to reinstall windows again.then 2 icons and a re-re-release LOL

%%%^^^^^ using the 3.80 paf on/with 3.90m33 will corupt save games,.!?

You don't have to replace the topmenu_plugin.rco,.. because you don't use text for the sub icon's

Also i have found this new rco,.. must be for the GO!Messenger !?

I have almost updated Foster's to 3.90m33 i can't make skype custom because i can't test it,.
GO!Messenger i will make custom,. but can't test it either

M33 update don't work,.!?

Thanks a lot for those offsets, I hope Ac_k'll update CXMBE to v0.5 with 3.90 support :)

Well in 3.80 sony was preparing the field for the new features, so they used 3.80 as a base.
Remember the ,,crappy,, MS driver , wich turned out to be CPU speed bug.It was only optimization to gain Ram space , and the driver is working ok... And also that's why Dax said 3.90 is easy firmware , cause nothing changed , only extras added, just like a present from SCE.

And yeah the prx might work but expect strange things to happens.
When the 3.72 was out i was trying to use its Vshmain and Paf ,
they worked but when it cames to games or homebrew , no go ...

Its better to convert everysingle part to the new , to preserve the system stable.
Many i saw saying lately ; the theme is not working ,, this must be a bug ...........
Nah , somebody lazy like me was using old firmware files.
