which is the PRX of Online Instruction Manuals

I am ask this because I arranged 1 prx that he can launch the FURIKUP for this icon in xmb but my problem is this also launch of the Webbrowser

Both Webbrowser and Online Instruction Manuals use htmlviewer_plugin.prx

does not exist others icons in region of JNP like oneseg or spot TV or something like this?
my question as I can put 1 of these icons to function in the options of network
note:oneseg_plugin.prx was eliminated with update 1,50 kernel
then,as wee can put lftv.prx as reboot and functions well
I think this function to launch voip for this icon also goes to function
what I need is to put oneseg in the normal region that it appears
somebody knows

EDIT_2: I test with premo_plugin.prx
Launching the Furikup normally for the ms»game» it runs well
But launching the Furikup from this premo_plugin.prx not running well
It starts but it gives to me this error.
In the end of screen (PSP)

Attempting to connect to network...«» (Is normal)
:  sceNetApctlConnect returns 8002013A «»(the error?)
Initializing camera... (Please ensure it is plugged in) «» (I chose the function input=file)

This is the PRX that I am to use Attached File
somebody can see if the error is of the PRX or another thing

Be sure to edit your sipcfg.ini and contacts.txt.
:  sceNetApctlConnect returns 8002013A «»(the error?)    -=- This is deu to the fact that the PSP remembers the networks with an ID number what could be different because of deleting networks.
Solution: remove all networks and put the network you want first. (new version has netwoprk selector, so possible no more this problem).
Initializing camera... (Please ensure it is plugged in) «» (I chose the function input=file)- =- Is always started no matter what kind of input you choose.

And about the .prx i know nothing, but hoping this helped you.
