Endless Paradigm

I have this memory stick problem when I dropped the psp hard on the floor. It doesn't read the mem stick full only the first part like booting the IPL then then it just blinking red mem led in the XMB of PSP. And after removing and inserting and powering off the PSP for 15 times it worked. then worked like for 1 day, again have the problem, and repeat for 7 times and worked again.

Is this a hardware problem or memstick problem if so I'm gonna buy a new mem stick, or have the PSP repaired if it comes back?
