^^ yup it costing 300 is actually a surprise... the good thing is it will push the price of all the smaller ones down and next year when the 32 comes out the prices will drop yet again.. like now a 256 and a 512 meg and worthless lol... even a 1 gig isn't woth much.. ive three 1 gig sticks that i don't use lol

Not really a surprise price wise, with everything switching over to flash and Samsung's insane ramp up of flash production the price of the chips themselves has fallen through the floor.

it's always nice to have at least 10gb of free space, you never know when they may be needed
I'm also glad to see that sony is finally supporting the ISO scene, not that it didn't already
but at least now you can have a minimum of 18 ISOs on your ms
or 16 blu-ray movies
or 10000000000 musics
or 780000000000 pictures

now that's a lot of space for homebrew. perfect for anybody who keeps isos and films on their psp

do u think wee can partition the 16GB ? I love to run my iso under fat16, makes running more faster. But downset, max fomat for fat16 is 4GB.

So maybe 4GB fat16 and the rest under fat32.

Do u think that's possible??

ok then no 8gb or 16gb for me then... too heavily intense with ad-hoc gaming at my workplace with frens during our 2hr break-time (lucky me ! hahahaha)

so i need fast game loading. Fake MS, running under Fat32, not overcloaking CPU speed will really dampen gameplay.

4GB all the way then.
