u cannot use fat backup with a slim
if u accidently restore it on the slim u will brick the slim n might do some damage i reccomend u remove the fat psp backup n backup the slim psp backup before starting

Yeah, lol, I thought about that after I posted it.  I made a folder on mah computer, "Nand Backup", and put it with mah psp stuff.  The slim downgrade went smoothly, thanks for all the help guys.
