u guys think you have it bad? i go to a pre college high school. EVERY CLASS IS HONORS CLASS. wee also have no sports team, and every class room is in portables.

If they would remove the learning and testing part of school, then I would like school. By the way, I have to wake up 7:00 in the morning and I can't sleep ( I don't know how to sleep ) so I would just be soooooooo tired when I wake up and I actually almost slept in class before >_>
haha same here dude, except its 9 years for me. i can't sleep til 2 and have to wake up at 6:30. im passing all my classes, except for geometry pre-ap which i got a 52 on =/
other then that skool is ok, tommoro i got 2 pe periods [out of 4 periods in all]. so im gonna be tired when i get back home. other then that i just broke up with my ex, which im gonna have 2 see on 4th period >.>

Man, I was like that for 11 years. Right around the start of 11th grade is when I got really, really lazy.

luckily I've graduated from high school, and i hate school so much I'm never going back, so I'll never go to college and make nothing of myself
I got extremely lazy when I got the internet.
But, since I chose piss easy Uni degree (Commerce), it's not that detrimental to me.

Pessimistic filtering... Kinda defeats the purpose of the internet, somewhat, if you ask me.
They may as well just download all the sites they allow, and not pay for a connection at all.
My last school was part of an internet filtering system by the Department of Education, Queensland. Actually, it's surprisingly effective blacklist - I even tried some random proxy sites which are like not known, and they were blocked (proxy level block - the sites weren't actually scanned).
Of course, an SSH tunnel would've worked, though I never had an SSH server to do the trick. I do now - I use it at Uni (they block all those file sharing sites like Sendspace - really annoying if you want to grab something).
I wish there was a Firefox Portable add-on which allows you to automatically connect through an SSH tunnel at startup - filling out Putty each time gets annoying...
