Not really, if you want emphasis on the render, then place it in the middle.

It's from an artist point of view(by the way it's called Law of the Thirds)....but if you want dead center than do as you will.

But if you want it kind of like an emotional shot with the render looking at a flowy bg, then you can place it on the side.

i just said so since i realized its a symmetrical background, so if you place her in the center, you would have the same to each side, and then just add some details to the side
