Endless Paradigm

I'm waiting for embedded OLED stuff like on clothing.

Just when I'm about to buy an LCD a whole new fangled piece of technology comes out

Perhaps wait a few months (maybe more than a few) to see how the prices of LCDs and Plasmas change?  If I weren't so intent upon getting an LCD about half a year ago, I'd have waited for the OLEDs (and S.E.Ds) to hit the market. Only problem back then was Toshiba was announcing that it was probably going to be for businesses only.  I wasn't quite sure how it would turn out, so I just got my LCD.

I've never liked LCD, and when one of my Panasyncs blew in june it took me a good three weeks to find a suitable replacement (thanks you unamed uni and students who will do anything for beer)

OLED on clothing will certainly be very interesting...

Waiting in a long line for the next Harry Potter #600 release?  No worries - just upload a copy of the movie onto the back of the T-Shirt in front of you (make sure they don't notice) and actually watch the thing before you buy the book.  People behind you may complain however, and you do actually have to somehow get the movie before the book, but meh.
