not exactly when u practice while ur perfect u make sure that u will stay that way it might be contradictory but the statement about practice is at best shaky n prone to exceptions n it isn't an exact art or science

By definition, if you're perfect, you'll stay perfect, as staying perfect is a requirement for perfection.

If you won't stay perfect, you cannot be perfect in the first place.
