i want to buy a graphics tablet for using it in photoshop... and i was wondering if anyone else here had one... just to know which tablets are good and stuff....
i plan to buy a Wacom Bamboo Fun:
i don't have one of those but i do have it already on my laptop, its touch screen
and its awesome with photoshop
you can lasso things with a breeze or do precession brush or deleting strokes :great:

BUT if you still want to buy one this thread might be of some help: http://planetrenders.net/forums/index.ph...pic=110516
thanks for the guide, i plan to use it for going more into photo manip, and digital art...
im planning on getting into graphics also and was looking at tablets.
i don't really want anything too expensive or anything too fancy, just something half decent and not aload of spoon
Almost all my stuff on DeviantArt (a link to my gallery is in my sig) was done with a Wacom Bamboo. They're generally cheaper than the Bamboo Fun, so that's the one I'd recommend.
But, if you have a spare $1000 laying around I'd say buy a 12-inch Cintiq touchscreen. :D
the bamboo fun was given to my gf for christmas, she really digs it. doesn't seem short on any features as it surprised me what it could do, but then i didn't really have anything to compare it to anyways. really neat stuff.
think she got it for $100 from best buy.

i wish i could buy one of those, hell, i would like to buy the 20-inch one...
thanks for the suggestions, now i have to see where can i get one... i was going to buy it at a nearby compusa, but they sold out, and they won't restock since they're closing down... ill have to wait to either best buy or circuit city to open T_T

thanks for the reccomendation eggroll!
why don't ya order 1 online kaiser?
Yeah i'd recommend anything by Wacom. I have a Wacom Volito2, and that works great. The Bamboo looks great too, and it's not expensive.
