Endless Paradigm

I know this could be a waste of time but , can u make the comand promt instructions more clear please?

well u have to go to the folder u extracted using command
for eg folder is pandora it is placed at c:\pandora
first make sure u r at the root of c drive by typing cd.. till it says c: in command
then type cd pandora
to go to pandora folder i provided
in pandora folder type cd msformat to do to the msformat folder
then type mspformat x(x is the letter of drive letter in psp) to do he logical format n create the pandora partition which is needed to install ipl latter

Lol , not me again , when iv put all the 371.phb and all the rest into my memory stick , it seys :
extracting 371 updater modules... invalid 3.71.php (2)

Now on c promt  when i type everything in , it says

PSP IML INSTAILLER
Load ipl code
can't open

please help me

use msinst this way in commmand prompt to install the ipl
msinst x x:\msipl.bin   (x is the letter of ur psp)
so for eg if ur psp is j: on ur computer
then type
msinst j j:\msipl.bin to flash the ipl to ur memory stick

i did , i did it all right , i think its something to do with my computer.....
Anyway im using the easy insstaller and i don't need to use the step 4 :D thanks for all of your help anyway
