The "Stick Thread" option, isn't that only for mods? My only concern is that n00bs might abuse it by stickying their help threads.

it will be a conflict of interest as well if a mod unstickies a thread which has been paid for to be stickied by another user in which case the user would be the looser as he would both loose epigs and the thread would be unstickied
