I encountered this error while testing wifi connection. Wifi on, I tried to configure a new connection. In the wlan setting, when I chose scan option, I got error message: "an internal error has occurred (00000001)". Has anyone encountered the same problem? What does the erroe mean? How about the fix?
Thanks.
Turn on your Wifi switch .....
Wifi switch is already on. And Adhoc is working fine. I don't know what's wrong that I encountered this problem in scanning wiffi connection.:hmm:
00000001 was giving it to me when i had the switch off, but its worth trying to reset you settings ,and then try again, But be very carefull with 3.71 M33 , when i reset Flash1 or system defaults it BRICKS....

Did you have a ptf theme installed,.!?
I know now , No Wifi in your Range ...... Try again , i had a lot of 000001 when i was without internet and searching for my neighboors WIFI with my PSP.
Don't do notihng try again.
gsmoke sounds like he knows what he's talking about. Go with that :)
oh you are noobs! the internel error when you press "scan" occurs only when no hotspot was found, so don't worry, just have to find a hotspot and it will be shown!
Thanks gsmoke. I never encountered this error before. In 3.52 and lower, when no access point is detected, a prompt just appeared:
"No access points were detected. Do you want to try again?"
Well, I upgraded a friends psp to 3.71M33 and I was worried I did something wrong that this problem occurred.
Thanks for all your replies.:wink2:
